2016 Fishing Fees
Oak Ridge Prairie and Lake Etta County Parks offer put-and-take fishing ponds. Fishing is open April through October from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily. NO LICENSE is required at these three park sites. Fees are charged. Stocking dates vary based on weather conditions and availability of fish.
Due to the very high cost of purchasing trout, there will be no trout fishing program at Oak Ridge Prairie. The Lake County Parks regrets that they cannot present this opportunity, but circumstances are beyond our control. We will continue to stock catfish. Call 219-769-PARK to find out specific dates.
