  1. Farm Tour (Registration Required)

    September 29, 2020, 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM @ Buckley Homestead

    Buckley Homestead Farm Tours! A fun, educational, hands-on look around the farm! Join one of Buckley's historic interpreters for a limited-attendance tour around the homestead. On this hour-long tour, you'll get to go inside all of the buildings, help feed the animals, and even get to choose a select gift from the shop. This tour does involve about a mile of walking on natural surfaces, and is open to all ages! To keep people safe and allow ourselves room to spread out there is a limit of 20 people per tour and masks will be required when entering buildings. The tour is $5 per person with daytime and evening tours. When registering you will be required to create an account and then select a $5 spot for each person in your family or group.     Fall is a great times to see a variety of migrating bird species including thrushers, warblers, sparrows and vireos. Walk with a park naturalist to see who is visiting the Woods during the autumn season. Program designed for adults.
